No. We don’t perform the work and only provide quotes for companies that do. Therefore we have no bias or incentive to steer your decision.

We reach out to every reputable roofing contractor that we can find to generate instant quotes. Most contractors are happy to provide a quote. It saves them time and overhead not having to drive to the property and climb on your roof. Some contractors refuse our service. In our experience, there is usually a reason why they refuse and they likely wouldn’t provide competitive quotes anyways.

We collect a $50 fee for the 3D drone scan from you, the customer. We are not compensated by the contractors in any way. This ensures the quotes we provide are not biased. 

The drone fee is refundable if you complete the work with a contractor that was not provided to you by us. (Must show proof of the work being completed by another contractor).

Currently we only serve areas south of Seattle Washington (Covington, Renton, Maple Valley, Issaquah, Kent, Hobart, and surrounding areas). We are planning to expand soon so keep in touch!
